Join us for a career experience that's as rewarding as it is impactful.Job DescriptionAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorAssist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessmentsProvide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home settingCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational TherapistsAttend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)RequirementsRegistered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clientsHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsTruly caring and nurturing cultureHighest hourly pay than marketMultiple opportunities for career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentPaid trainingJoin our team and be part of a caring and supportive community that is dedicated to helping you succeed in your ABA career.
