CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Pay you can count on. Earn $1,925 per week guaranteed minimum* with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
We fly you home. After four weeks on the road, we'll fly you home for five full days off before you head back out. It's home time built to feel like a real reset, every month.
Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM.
Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*

Benefits & Perks

Get started strong. Earn $500 orientation completion pay right out of the gate, plus up to $7,500 in sign-on bonus paid out over your first year for drivers who maintain strong performance.*
Refer a driver, get rewarded. MAST's referral bonus pays $4,500 when you refer a qualified driver who joins the team.
