MADE NYC is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hospitality-minded Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service to our guests. What You’ll Do
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure every dish is presented according to restaurant standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, bartenders, and other members of the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Help support the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods.
- Anticipate guest and team needs and contribute to a smooth dining experience.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and safely carry food and trays.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
