Often described as a hidden gem just beyond the Tri-Cities region, RBC features a stunning 750+ acre rural campus with protected wetlands, peaceful forests, and the Commonwealth's oldest and largest pecan grovea truly unique setting to live, work, and compete. RBC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HRIS & Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of payroll, maintenance of HR data integrity, reporting and analytics, and support of key human resources operations. This role contributes to the College's operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and commitment to excellent employee service.
