Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, data management, data quality, business analysis, metadata management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience with data lineage and cataloging.
Minimum 10 years of experience creating data policies and procedures.
Minimum 10 years of experience with SQL.
Minimum 10 years of data warehouse experience.
Minimum 10 years of requirements elicitation experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience working with databases, including relational databases and platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
Experience implementing enterprise Data Governance programs.
Experience facilitating governance workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Experience documenting metadata, business glossaries, and data dictionaries.
Experience defining business rules and Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Experience performing data profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must physically reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment due to Commonwealth of Virginia security policies prohibiting offshore IT contractors.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Must be able to work on-site in Richmond, VA two
