Job Summary:
As an Admissions Assistant at Brookwood Gardens Rehabilitiation and Nursing Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless admissions process for our patients. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating patient intake, processing admissions paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient intake, including scheduling appointments and completing necessary paperwork

• Process admissions paperwork, including insurance verification and Medicare/Medicaid applications

• Assist patients and families with understanding and completing admissions requirements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient admissions and demographic information

• Collaborate with the Admissions Manager to ensure timely and efficient admissions processing

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare partners

• Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a willingness to learn and grow

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• FULL_TIME position with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and family needs
