We are looking for a detail-oriented person who fosters a team environment and who seeks excellence in all aspects of the role.Responsibilities:Processing vehicle titles and registration paperworkVerifying ownership documents for accuracy and completenessSubmitting title applications to the appropriate state agency (such as the DMV)Tracking title status and resolving title issuesMaintaining records and filing systemsProcessing lien releases and ownership transfersCommunicating with customers, lenders, dealerships, and government officesQualifications:Title processing of new and used vehiclesAdministration experienceOrganized, structured, and reliableMaintain a positive energetic attitude throughout the dayProficient with Microsoft office: excel and outlookStrong communication skillsDetail oriented, positive energy, team playerJob Type: Full-time or Part-TimeBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceDental insurancePaid time off
