Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and promote adherence to rehabilitation goals.
