Assistant Project Manager

Polk Mechanical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project execution by coordinating documentation, communication, and logistics. This role is critical to keeping projects organized, compliant, and progressing efficiently across our commercial construction portfolio. Manage document control including RFIs, submittals, and invoicing Serve as point of contact for internal and external communication Support material planning, scheduling, and equipment buyout Assist with field support including quality control and safety Track project schedules and timelines Maintain project documentation in Procore and internal systems Support job site coordination and project execution Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required 2+ years of construction or related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction tools Strong relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Polk Mechanical Company
