Pay: $2,276.64 per week


Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7-7), every other weekend, holidays required


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana. This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment with a dedicated team. Nurses are expected to float as needed to other units within the facility.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Interpret telemetry rhythms and handle related equipment
• Conduct procedures such as PICC line and vas cath removal
• Engage with patients through hourly rounding and bedside shift reports
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using Meditech

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Must be a minimum of 50+ miles from the facility
• Experience with Meditech and telemetry rhythm interpretation
• Strong communication and team-working skills
