Title: Scheduler IV Essential Job Duties Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies. Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance. Review the contractor's weekly and monthly schedule progress, prepare a narrative of findings, and present it to management for decision making. Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules. Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule. Perform time impact analyses of project schedule delays and potential claims. Participate in change order negotiations. Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses. Identify schedule-related problems that arise during project execution and recommend corrective actions and creative solutions. Perform cost analysis in support of the design and construction phases of capital projects. Analyze actual expenditures against budget performance. Prepare cost-loaded schedules to support comprehensive cash flow projections. Conduct construction and project site visits for progress reporting. Understand, interpret, and apply contracts, policies, and procedures within owner's guidelines. Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications Required: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs. Knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering and scheduling. Experience with time impact analysis. Experience with construction claims and change orders. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties. Education/Training/Certificates Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifying experience beyond the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education. Hardware/Software Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Compensation This role is salaried/exempt with a base annual salary range of $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 and commensurate with skill, education, experience, and work location. This role is bonus eligible after 6 months of employment.
