Job Description
Title: Director of Emergency Services - Emergency Services

Schedule:
Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Days, No Weekends)

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Full-time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years applicable experience required
- 5+ years applicable experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of unit functions and department staffing.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to meet facility objectives.
- Cultivate evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Manage patient throughput and delivery of care through forecasting and admittance planning.
- Lead initiatives to elevate patient experience and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Participate in budget processes and monitor department budget performance to address any performance gaps.
