Salesforce Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a Salesforce-focused professional supporting a key underwriting platform. The initial work will focus on Level 3 production support, and the role is expected to evolve into hands-on development and coding over time. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce, APIs, and data integration within a SAFe Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and innovative solutions for cloud integrations
• Exhibit a sense of urgency focused on customer delight
• Work in a SAFe Agile environment achieving technical excellence through technical and execution discipline
• Analyze the current business functions, technical implementations and plan for needs, gaps, and improvements
• Calmly work in a highly regulated and high-pressure environment to inspire teamwork, positive attitudes and well-respected solutions
• Meet tight timeline commitments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Level 3 application support and development
• SFDC skills including config/Apex, process builder, unit tests and other key SFDC components
• Experience working in Agile teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
• Salesforce, Mule and Python development experience

Desired skills:

• Force.com integration patterns and APIs, certifications or proven trailhead completion
• Salesforce Expert
• Understanding of SQL, experience with Oracle Database is a great plus

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
