Electrician (Journeyman / Foreman)

About This RoleSeeking skilled electricians to work out of Buda and serve jobs across the Austin, TX area. You'll perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial jobsites. Pay range is $20-$37/hr depending on experience and role (journeyman or foreman). This is hands-on work: conduit bending, pulling conduit, installing wireways/raceways, wiring lighting and distribution equipment, reading blueprints, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You must follow local, state, and federal codes, work safely, and coordinate with crew members on site.What You'll DoPerform electrical installations: conduit bending, pulling conduit, wireway and raceway installation, and lighting setupInstall and maintain distribution equipment and commercial/industrial electrical systemsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, site layouts, and produce accurate as-built documentationTroubleshoot electrical systems (safety checks, load/amps, wear and tear) and complete repairsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain a safe jobsiteWork with foremen, crews, and other trades to plan tasks, maintain tools, and keep job logsWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with conduit bending, pulling conduit, and installing wireways/racewaysExperience installing and maintaining distribution equipment, lighting systems, and commercial/industrial wiringSkilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and site layouts; able to produce as-built drawingsProven ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (amps, faults, safety issues) and perform durable repairsFamiliarity with local/state/federal electrical codes and safe work practices on commercial construction sitesStrong communication and relationship-building skills; experience as a journeyman or foreman is a plusQualificationsState Licensed Electrician (required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sitesComfortable reading technical drawings and producing as-built documentationEnglish required; Spanish a plus.
