SAP Developer ABAP Level 2

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP ABAP integrations based on functional specifications and business requirements
- Modify existing integrations based on feedback, defects, and changing business needs
- Maintain and update technical and integration documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll integration defects, collaborating with business analysts, vendors, and functional stakeholders
- Follow established change-control procedures for all integration updates and enhancements
- Provide clear, business-focused status updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, improve code efficiency, and enhance data quality
- Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement (as applicable)
Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) development and integrations
- Solid understanding of SAP EC/ECP data flows and data structures
- Proven ability to translate functional specifications into scalable, reliable integrations
- Experience developing and maintaining payroll and finance integrations
- Knowledge of change-control and release management processes
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP ABAP certification
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, SQL, Power Query, or Python (preferred)
- Experience with RPA or AI-driven development tools (nice to have)

- Bachelors.
