About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Customer Success to join their mission of creating a passwordless world and securing the identity lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for setting the vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization. This role is pivotal in driving successful post-sales deployments, customer retention, and support, as well as evaluating opportunities for revenue expansion in collaboration with the sales team. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve internal bottlenecks, identify customer-driven product requests, and ensure a seamless customer experience. They will also be tasked with measuring customer satisfaction, growing product adoption, and being the voice of the customer both internally and externally. Applicants for the VP, Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading customer-facing organizations, with a strong background in both pre and post-sales. The role requires a leader with the ability to manage influence, a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, and a passion for customer success, revenue, and growth. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-oriented, and have a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement. Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to inspire others are essential.
