RN – PACU Assignment Mission Hospital Location: Asheville Address: 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC Unit: PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) Building: K Tower Cost Center: 704 Unit Overview Beds: 40 Patient Ratio: 1:2 Charting System: Cerner Equipment: Standard PACU equipment Scrub Color: Surgical Green or Navy Staffing & Support Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) available 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 4 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) scheduled daily and assigned to specific pods PCT capabilities include: Lab draws Catheterizations Patient transport Scheduling & Call Requirements Schedules created in 6-week blocks 3 call shifts required during each 6-week schedule period Floating May float within Peri-Anesthesia areas: Pre-Op Phase II Recovery Endoscopy Required Certifications BLS ACLS PALS Required Experience & Skills Must Have PACU experience NIH Stroke Scale experience Trauma experience Pediatric experience Advanced Skills Ventilator monitoring Patient Population Adult and pediatric post-operative patients Trauma and high-acuity surgical recoveries Patients requiring advanced airway and ventilator monitoring Dress Code Surgical Green scrubs Navy scrubs TalentBurst is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
