Marketing Specialist

Job Description The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of service market development campaigns that initiate and build new relationships at target accounts across the US. This role works in close partnership with a Marketing Campaign Manager, Business Development Leads and cross functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered with a high level of quality and results. Overview Success in this role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, seamless collaboration, and exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Event Execution Partner with the Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute multi channel marketing campaigns aligned to events, trade shows, other in person programs as well as product launches and thought leadership publications Manage campaign tactics end to end, ensuring all deliverables are developed, reviewed, and launched on schedule and within budget. Coordinate pre event, onsite, and post event marketing activities, including email invitations, digital programs, sales outreach, and follow up communications. Support onsite event execution as needed, including logistics coordination, booth support, meeting tracking, and post event wrap up activities. Project Management & Operations Own timelines, task tracking, and execution plans for multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast paced environment. Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, product marketing, sales, digital) and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of campaign components. Manage administrative aspects of campaigns, including vendor onboarding, contracts, finance coordination, and production logistics. Collaboration & Communication Communicate proactively with sales teams to ensure awareness of campaigns, events, and available follow up tools. Collaborate closely with campaign managers, field marketing, and product marketing to align campaign objectives with business priorities. Act as a reliable point of contact across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability throughout campaign execution. Measurement & Detail Excellence Track campaign performance, event meetings, and follow up activities to support reporting and ROI analysis. Maintain accurate campaign documentation, lists, and trackers, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with privacy requirements. Apply a detail oriented mindset to every aspect of execution, from audience segmentation to final deliverables. Qualifications 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign execution, preferably in a B2B environment. Hands on experience supporting or executing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and external partners. High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Salary Range $69,700-$94,300 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
