Mid America Lodging Group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations at Staybridge Suites in Holland, MI.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Six-day workweek with one weekend off per month and accrued vacation time.

· Foster a positive, productive workplace through strong leadership and staff development.

· Maintain a strong commitment to franchise brand compliance.

· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to increase occupancy and strengthen brand visibility.

· Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

· Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies and industry best practices.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
