התפקיד מדווח למנהל מערכות המידע של הקבוצה וכולל אחריות על תפעול, תחזוקה ופיתוח של סביבת ה IT-הארגונית עבור כ250- משתמשים בישראל ובאתרים גלובליים. מדובר בתפקיד on-Hands המשלב עבודה עם טכנולוגיות 365, Microsoft ניהול תשתיות וציוד קצה, השתתפות בפרויקטי תשתיות ואבטחת מידע ומתן שירות מקצועי למשתמשי החברה. התפקיד מתאים לאיש/אשת סיסטם המעוניין/ת להרחיב את הידע והניסיון בסביבת ענן ובמערכות ארגוניות גלובליות. תחומי אחריות * ניהול שוטף ותחזוקת סביבת 365 Microsoft
- ניהול משתמשים, קבוצות והרשאות באמצעות.(AD Azure (ID Entra
- ניהול ותחזוקת ,Intune מדיניות תחנות קצה והתקני קצה
- תמיכה ותחזוקה של SharePoint ושירותי 365 Microsoft
- תפעול ותחזוקת כלי אבטחת מידע של Defender Microsoft
- טיפול בתקלות מורכבות ומתן תמיכה טכנית ברמת 2/3 Tier
- ניהול מחזור החיים של ציוד מחשוב כולל קליטה, התקנה, מסירה ,תחזוקה והחלפה
* עבודה מול ספקים בתחום המחשוב, התקשורת והרכש
- השתתפות בפרויקטים של תשתיות, מעבר לענן, שדרוג מערכות ושיפור תהליכי IT
- סיוע בניהול מערך הגיבויים ובביצוע בדיקות שחזור תקופתיות
* יישום נהלי IT ואבטחת מידע בהתאם למדיניות החברה
* כתיבת תיעוד טכני ונהלי עבודה
* עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי IT ומשתמשים בארץ ובחו”ל
דרישות התפקיד * ניסיון של 2-4 שנים בתפקיד Administrator System או בתפקיד דומה- ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם 365 Microsoft Intune.ו Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online בניהול ניסיון
- ניסיון בניהול תחנות קצה בסביבת.Windows
- ניסיון בפתרון תקלות תשתית ומתן תמיכה ברמת2/3. Tier
- היכרות עם Defender Microsoft – יתרון
- היכרות עם Online SharePoint – יתרון
- היכרות עם Domains ,DHCP ,DNS ורשתות תקשורת – יתרון
* ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות גיבוי – יתרון
* ניסיון בסביבת Azure –יתרון* אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
כישורים אישיים * תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה מול משתמשים ומנהלים* יכולת למידה עצמית ורצון להתפתח מקצועית
