Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary Compensation: $23-$25/hr plus weekly production bonus and yearly profit‑sharing bonus. Responsibilities Perform and document quality control procedures and ensure compliance with the Quality Manual. Conduct all tests required during a production shift (per the Quality Manual). Participate in non‑conformance root cause analysis. Report and document any non‑conformance to the Quality Manual requirements and tests performed. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Basic Job Functions Must adhere to Nucor’s safety programs and standards. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor’s vision and values. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. High school diploma, GED or state/local equivalent. Preferences Must have basic math and writing skills. Knowledge of CRSI quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel and Word.
