Quality Improvement Manager

To support the organization's quality and regulatory goals, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Manager will oversee HEDIS Operations and Quality Improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, driving performance improvement, and managing vendor relationships. Key responsibilities: Oversee quality improvement activities and staff to enhance clinical quality performance measures Analyze data to develop and implement intervention strategies aimed at improving health outcomes Coordinate and manage the medical record management process for HEDIS reporting and ensure audit readiness Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in quality improvement data and outcome analysis in healthcare Experience with HEDIS and NCQA accreditation standards preferred Proven ability to lead operational projects and collaborate across clinical and quality teams Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
