Position Summary The Industrial Painter prepares, paints, and finishes aircraft components and equipment in accordance with company standards and FAA regulations. This role ensures that all surfaces meet quality, durability, and safety requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare aircraft parts and equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers according to specifications Mix and match paint colors to meet required standards Inspect painted surfaces for quality, uniformity, and compliance with specifications Maintain painting equipment and tools in proper working condition Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and protective equipment Document work performed and maintain records for compliance and traceability Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and standards Maintain a clean and organized painting area in compliance with health and safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Prior experience in industrial or aviation painting preferred Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with FAA and OSHA safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr
