Collision Center Auto Body TechnicianThe Collision Center Auto Body Technician is a highly experienced auto body repair specialist who takes extreme pride in his/her quality of work. The role of the Body Shop Technician is to deliver a premium retail experience to our clientele while maintaining a high quality and performance-oriented environment. He/she will be measured by achieving 100% or greater hour efficiency; delivering the highest quality body shop repairs without comebacks; and by maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Technician must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a dealership atmosphere and/or in a continuous improvement process/procedure-oriented shop environment. He/she will be expected to produce outstanding quality results on time or earlier. The ideal Collision Center Technician has an unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, tear-down and finish work experience, a strong and trustworthy demeanor, and can drive both an automatic and standard.
