What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bay Host Positive attitude and no grumpiness. Commitment to the One Team mentality. Player focused – obsess over delivering the best possible experience. Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment. Experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. What you will do in the role Welcome Players to the bays with energy and enthusiasm, explain Topgolf offerings, and recommend food, beverage, and game options to enhance the visit and drive sales. Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized. Maintain a strong presence with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience. Commit to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe. Remain on your feet for most of the shift; good stamina for walking throughout the shift. Engage in a variety of physical tasks throughout the day with a can‑do attitude.
