These solutions typically include Equity Based Financing, Hedging & Monetization Transactions, Derivative-Based Stake-building, Corporate Share Repurchase, Call Spread Overlays to Convertibles, and Restricted Stock Transactions. The professional will be responsible for reviewing pitchbook materials, pricing equity derivative transactions utilizing the Black-Scholes Model, analyzing market data and overall transaction execution management. They will also work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.Responsibilities:The SES Structurer will hold a key role including ownership of equity derivative pricing models and pitch book materialsParticipate in the pre-trade & post-sales effortMarketing presentations and participation in client meetingsWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsAppropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputationBe familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services; and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the sameAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to youObtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications:6-10 years structuring, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets Origination experience from a financial institution for VP level consideration; 4 years minimum experience for AVP level considerationDemonstrated quantitative and analytical skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
