Customer Service Specialist

Job Title

This role requires someone who is administratively proficient, highly organized, and confident working with Microsoft 365 applicationsespecially Excel. Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Administrative Duties

• Enter, review, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, systems, and internal records
• Create and manage reports using Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools
• Support document preparation, file management, and internal process tracking
• Route communications appropriately and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with digital filing and general administrative tasks
• Proactively identify ways to improve workflow Looking for someone who brings ideas

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, shipping) to ensure customer needs are met
• Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions

Contract Administration Support

• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of customer contracts
• Track contract requirements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required contract information
• Assist with contract modifications, renewals, and closeout activities

Required Skills/Abilities

• Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or contract support role preferred
• Competent in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word; SharePoint a plus)
• Solid Excel skills: filtering, formulas, formatting, etc.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Highly organized and dependable

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Hours

• Full-time position
• MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM

Compensation

• $20-25 per hour DOE
