Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Wisconsin State Physical Therapy License required to start the position
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy or comparable ambulatory settings preferred
• Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
