Electrical Field Manager

Patrick Riley Cooling is seeking an Electrical Field Manager to lead our residential HVAC electrical operations across the greater Phoenix area. In this role, you’ll supervise field electricians, plan and schedule daily work, and ensure all installations, repairs, and upgrades meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards. You’ll perform advanced troubleshooting, support complex residential HVAC and air quality projects, and train and mentor technicians. This field-based position requires strong leadership, clear communication with homeowners and coworkers, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer-first service.
