Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse is looking for barbacks to join our team. We are a high-volume roadhouse and bar built around great hospitality, exceptional food, craft cocktails, and a team culture that believes success comes from working hard together.

We are looking for people who arrive early, take initiative, learn quickly, and aren't afraid of hard work. No experience is necessary-we're far more interested in attitude and character than what's on your résumé.

WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS

Barbacks are the backbone of a successful bar.

Great bartenders aren't successful because they work alone-they're successful because they have exceptional barbacks supporting them.

This position is physical, fast-paced, and constantly moving. Every shift presents new challenges, and every day is an opportunity to learn something new.

If you're the type of person who notices what needs to be done before someone has to ask, you'll fit in well here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep bartenders fully stocked with beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, juices, syrups, and ice
• Change kegs and monitor product levels throughout the shift
• Wash and stock glassware
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
• Remove trash, boxes, and empty bottles
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the building
• Communicate with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Anticipate needs before they become problems
• Support the entire team with urgency and professionalism

EXPERIENCE

No experience is required.

We can teach someone how to make cocktails.

We can teach someone how to change a keg.

We can teach someone how to run a successful bar.

What we can't teach is showing up on time, taking pride in your work, treating people well, and having the desire to improve every day.

If you already have those qualities, we'll teach you everything else.
