Exciting ICU Nursing Opportunity!

Job Description:

- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed
- Requirement: Navy scrubs
- Availability: 3-12 hour shifts, Sunday to Saturday
- Residency Policy: Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility.
- Cancellation Policy: Banner can cancel 1 shift.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months)
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- No hits on state license to practice
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment
- Must provide a driver's license to verify residency
- Travel experience is highly preferred

Profile Requirements:

- Complete Banner Cover Page
- Resume detailing all facilities and departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed
- Completed ICU skills checklist within the last 12 months
- Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days
- Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
- Active Driver's License
