This is a part time time direct hire position The Receptionist/Office Services Associate will work closely with the Facilities, Executive Administrative Staff, and Property Management to ensure that all daily operational, maintenance and tasks are taken care of to maintain the value and appearance of operations. We observe a business professional dress code. Must be willing to cross train for potential advancement opportunities!Compensation: While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate's experience/qualifications, the approximate compensation for this position will be $20.00 to 22.00 to be paid hourly.Location: Washington DCHours: Varies - Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 6:00PMResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Reception Services 50%Perform reception duties which include: smiling, greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functionsGreet and welcome guests in person and on phone; answer and direct inquiries to designated department.Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeMaintain log books, including sign-in/out logs, front desk expenditures, and calls received.Manage front office reception area by cleaning and organizing desk and visitor lobby.Office Services 50%Pickup/sort/deliver mail. Sign and account for overnight mail deliveries and ensure delivery is made to recipientSet-up and breakdowns for meetingsGeneral housekeeping of all conference roomsKitchen supply management (ordering and restocking of supplies)Internal building move coordinationRespond, coordinate and submit building related issues with property management and or outside contractorsPerform other tasks as assignedQualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management.Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills.
