About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of an Augmented Intelligence platform that is set to revolutionize the legal departments of Fortune 500 companies. This high-visibility position involves close collaboration with enterprise customers, particularly senior lawyers, to gain a deep understanding of their needs and ensure that the product aligns with the demands of the market. The role is not only about legal expertise but also about being part of a visionary leadership team that is passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and finance. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of customer contracts. Experience in an AMLAW 100 law firm and a Fortune 500 in-house legal team is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of contributing to the company's growth and innovation. A strong background in legal practice, particularly in the areas of MSA, sales, and procurement contracts, is essential. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
