Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as an Auto BDC Agent is essential.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Industry Acumen: Familiarity with automotive industry processes and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to text, email, photo-shop and ad copying

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls proficiently to generate and qualify leads.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for prospective customers.
• Client Engagement: Utilize superior communication and customer service skills to engage clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
