Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager Abri, a nationally recognized fee-only fiduciary financial planning firm, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and grow our brand across all online channels. What you’ll do Own our digital marketing end to end: SEO/SEM, paid ads (Google, Meta), social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation. You’ll manage our WordPress site, design creative in Canva, build automation workflows, and use analytics to optimize conversions and ROI. You’ll be the first point of contact for all marketing leads to determine best fit and be able to modify campaigns accordingly. Key goals Grow website traffic from 10,000 monthly users (currently at 5,000 mo visitors) Drive 100 website conversions (calls, newsletter signups, booked meetings) Build social following on LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta to 10,000 through content-driven strategy What you bring Proven experience in SEO, paid search/social campaigns, and social media growth. Skilled with Google Analytics, WordPress, email/automation platforms, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS and A/B testing a plus. Compensation & details $65,000–$100,000 (base + bonus), depending on experience 3 weeks PTO; no benefits/retirement at this time Hybrid work: Lexington office 4 days/week, optional Friday from home Must live in Lexington, KY to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
