Software Engineering Manager

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• We look for 6+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, implementations, project delivery, or similar technical roles.
• We need deep expertise in data conversion and migration methods, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation, with hands-on ETL tool experience for secure and accurate client migrations.
• We require proven leadership and people management experience.
• We value strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• We need the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• We expect understanding of software development, data conversion, system integration, and technical delivery processes.
• We require experience with AI-enabled development and project management tools, including Azure DevOps.
• We need experience working in Agile environments and across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• We need the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and departments.
• Preferred: experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Preferred: familiarity with COBOL, SQL, scripting languages, mainframe platforms, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Preferred: FinTech industry experience is strongly desired.

• We support system integrations, data conversion work, and technical delivery activities.
• We foster collaboration and clear communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• We ensure project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations are met throughout the conversion lifecycle.
• We support the strategic use of AI and intelligent automation to streamline conversion work, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate client implementations.
• We champion continuous improvement by using AI-enabled tools, analytics, and workflow automation to increase productivity, scalability, and measurable efficiency gains.
