Lead Respiratory Therapist - Nights

At Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital , we care for children with complex medical needs—and help them move toward the next big milestone: going home.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Respiratory Therapist who wants more than a traditional bedside role. You’ll provide advanced respiratory care while leading the shift, supporting your fellow RTs, and helping create the kind of team where people—and patients—thrive.

- You choose your days with every third weekend; 7p - 7:30a.

What You’ll Do
You’ll coordinate staffing and workflow, provide advanced pediatric respiratory care, support complex clinical decisions, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and families.
You’ll also help ensure your team has the equipment, resources, and support needed to provide exceptional care every shift.
What You’ll Bring
- Missouri Respiratory Therapist license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- 3+ years of pediatric respiratory care experience
- Current BLS and PALS (or ability to obtain during orientation)
- Strong ventilator and airway management skills
- The confidence to lead, coach, problem-solve, and support others
