Mig Welding Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to perform MIG welding, metal fabrication, repairs, and basic welding tasks at various job locations. Welding or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.

• Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication

• Weld, repair, and assemble metal components

• Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely

• Inspect welds and finished work for quality

• Complete additional duties as assigned

MIG welding experience preferred

• • Ability to read basic measurements and welding instructions
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and hand/power tools
  • Ability to safely lift and handle materials
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable, hardworking, and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to various job locations as needed

• Work in a shop and/or various job-site environments
• Exposure to welding fumes, sparks, heat, and noise
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• May involve standing, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods
• Fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
• May require travel to different job locations as needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to safely handle welding equipment and tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work in various positions and job-site conditions
• Must be able to wear required safety equipment and PPE throughout the workday
