Premises Liability/Insurance Defense Associate

One of nation's oldest law office, seeks a New Jersey attorney with experience defending slip and fall/premises liability and insurance defense litigation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense cases.

Must be barred in New Jersey.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school 2-3 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense litigation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software. Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
