Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach for patient groups.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about recovery processes and techniques.
- Ensure adherence to department objectives and standards.
