This is a beautiful, new clinic facility connected directly to an easily accessible regional medical center, offering a comprehensive range of onsite and outreach services. The care team is collaborative and patient-centered, featuring a diverse group of specialists including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery, among others.

Opportunity:
Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity with 32-34 patient contact hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Based in Jamestown, ND with no outreach requirements
• OB services required, with or without C-section privileges (training for C-sections can be provided)
• Average outpatient volume: 16-20 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 5-10 patients per day
• Call coverage ratio: 1:13
• One week of inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physicians
• Work collaboratively with 1 Pediatrician, 3 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians, 1 Internal Medicine Physician, 1 General Surgeon, and 1 Psychologist
• Onsite services include: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Path/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Tobacco Cessation
• Outreach services include: ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, and Weight Loss (non-surgical)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
