Business Analyst Associate

Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Business Analyst Associate will support Agile delivery teams by managing operational and compliance-related activities tied to production readiness and change management. This is a full-time, contract position based in McLean, VA, paying $40.00 per hour. Responsibilities Manage ServiceNow change requests, ensuring completeness, approvals, and timely execution. Coordinate change management activities, including scheduling and tracking change tickets. Create and maintain Jira stories related to production and brownfield readiness. Collect and manage documentation and evidence to support operational readiness and compliance. Act as the central point of contact for cross-team readiness status updates. Support deployment activities and readiness reviews. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar role. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Experience supporting production deployments or release management is preferred. Familiarity with Change Management processes, Jira, ServiceNow, and operational readiness frameworks.
