As a boutique firm, we specialize in providing comprehensive, personalized financial planning and wealth management services. Our team of fourteen advisors and support staff operates in a highly efficient, team-oriented environment designed to deliver a unique and deeply client-focused experience. Job Overview:

We are seeking to add a team member who will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for administrative tasks, client relationship management, and operational support within the office.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative, operational, and customer support tasks
• Maintain communication with current clients via mail, email, and phone
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Basic graphic design for marketing materials and social media
• Assist with planning and coordinating client events

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; Client Relationship Management applications
• Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects and tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Preferences:

• Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting or finance.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry
• Administrative experience in a professional services environment

Pay Range:

$23.52-$39.17/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
