As a Spa Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our spa and a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do Greet clients warmly and professionally Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism Support daily operations and team communication What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service or front desk roles (spa/wellness preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Comfort with scheduling software and basic tech tools Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care Availability for evenings and weekends Perks & Benefits Service and retail discounts Performance bonuses based on membership sales Supportive, team-oriented culture Ongoing training and growth opportunities Qualifications Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required Must be 18 years old or older Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ready to bring calm, care, and confidence to every guest experience?
