What You'll Do as Our FOH Assistant Manager

As the FOH Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming environment for both our team and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example to maintain a positive, drama-free workplace.
Communicating clearly and effectively with team members and management.
Motivating and supporting staff to meet operational standards.
Adapting to changes and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals.
Assisting in managing daily FOH operations to create a seamless customer experience.

We’re seeking someone who is ready to grow with us and bring their leadership skills to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
A positive and approachable attitude that inspires teamwork.
Strong communication skills to keep everyone on the same page.
