Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its team in Glenwood Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in areas such as water law, real estate, corporate services, or civil litigation. Responsibilities Conduct legal work under the guidance of firm partners. Manage a billing target averaging 120 hours per month. Exhibit willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands. Develop expertise in the firm’s focus areas, contributing to both individual and team success. Requirements Active license to practice law in Colorado. 3 to 7 years of relevant legal experience. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to water law, real estate, corporate services, and/or civil litigation. Proven legal writing skills and sound professional judgment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Colorado Bar Association. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
