We are a new locally owned and operated business with national recognition looking for individuals looking for upward growth as the business grows.Job SummaryManages and develops HVAC service staffAssists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type of serviceCapacity planning to maximize efficiency in achieving profit and customer satisfaction objectivesOversees employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigationsProvides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performanceRun service calls as-neededParticipate in community eventsPromote business and attract leadsMinimum RequirementsMust have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related fieldMust have growth midset for start-up HVAC companyProfessionalism and enthusiasmExcellent customer serviceConsistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goalsTop-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSales ExperienceIn depth knowledge of Service Titan softwareCompensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefitsCommission/Spiffs401(k)Health insuranceOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentBonus based on performancePay — We believe the best performers deserve the best pay.
