  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Forecast workload and staffing needs, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Develop depth in critical roles through cross-training and succession planning.
  • Set clear shift expectations and lead daily operational meetings to align teams on priorities.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound workflow, adjusting staffing and resources in real time.
  • Track, report, and drive accountability for key performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong asset management and loss prevention practices are consistently executed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, and logistics systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building SOPs and managing KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Forklift Certification required.
