We're interested in becoming the best. We are a growing, sports-centered orthopedic physical therapy practice looking for a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. Who We Are Out of the Box Physical Therapy is a one‑on‑one outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice that prioritizes quality over volume. We work with everyone from youth and collegiate athletes to active adults, weekend warriors, barbell athletes, golfers, runners, and individuals simply looking to move and feel better. Our clinicians are given the time, mentorship, and resources necessary to provide outstanding care while continuing to develop their clinical skills. What We're Looking For We are looking to add a Full Time or Part Time DPT to be a good long term fit to join our team. Hours can be flexible. Ideal Candidate A licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in New Jersey) A new graduate or clinician with 2+ years of experience Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes Personable, energetic, and confident communicating with patients A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Motivated to continue learning and developing clinically Interested in contributing to the growth and evolution of a small business Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and looks for opportunities to improve the patient experience Preferred Experience Manual therapy Sports rehabilitation Strength & conditioning Return-to-sport programming Barbell athletes, CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, or athletic populations Performance-based rehabilitation What You'll Receive One-on-one patient care model Clinical mentorship from experienced DPTs Opportunities to develop advanced manual therapy and sports rehabilitation skills Exposure to business operations, marketing, and practice growth Collaborative and supportive team culture Competitive compensation and growth opportunities The ability to make a meaningful impact on both patients and the future of the practice Why Out of the Box?
