Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and service timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to document customer interactions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and retention

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Experience using CRM software and technology platforms preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
